K-2 Curriculum Designer

This remote contractor position is perfect for the creative person who loves to design resources for teachers.

MUST BE A APPLE MAC USER (if you have an iPad Pro and iCloud Account this works too) - THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to create educational resources for teachers that fit with our brand. Literacy and Math experience is a must.

Experience with Science of Reading is a plus for this position.

When applying for this position, you will need to submit a budget proposal for a 15-20 page printable educational resource.

Responsibilities will include:

developing ideas for resources for math, literacy, science and social studies for grades K-2
Submitting project proposals including standards covered, the purpose of resource, and approximate time to complete
planning, designing, and creating resources from start to completion including activities, answer keys, and final PDFs
Working with an existing team to develop ideas for supporting our teacher community
Position starts as early as December 2022
Available to meet virtually and communicate regularly on weekdays

Product Mockup

Creator

This remote contractor position is perfect for the creative person who loves to design mockups of print and digital resources for teachers.

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to create mockups of our resources for our online shops and social media that fit with our brand.

Experience with mock-up elements is necessary.

When applying for this position, you will need to submit a budget proposal for 10 mock-up images of a print and digital resource.

Responsibilities will include:

creating mockup images using the digital elements provided for print and digital resources in our shops
creating up to 10 mockup images per resource that include elements, shadows, and layouts to best showcase our resources
have knowledge of best practices to create images that don't look like "digital mockups" to provide clean, bright, and quality images for product previews.
Working with an existing team to develop ideas for supporting our teacher community

Email Marketing Expert

This remote contractor position is perfect for the creative person who is great with story telling and best email practices

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to create email sequences, weekly emails to our list, and launch emails for our courses and memberships.

Experience as a K-5 teacher is a plus but not required.

When applying for this position, you will need to submit a budget proposal for composing and sending up to 10 emails a month.

Must be willing to learn FGFunnels ESP and email builder (we will provide training).

Knowledge of tagging and segmenting is required (we will provide training on how this works inside FGF).

Responsibilities will include:

Planning email sequences for product launches.
Planning weekly emails for lists that are unique to segments within our list.
Compose, design, and schedule emails for delivery.
Track open rates and click through rates to meet goals and KPIs.

Educational Video Editor

This remote contractor position is perfect for the creative person who loves to edit video for YouTube and Facebook.

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to edit our weekly content videos as well as videos for courses and training events.

When applying for this position, you will need to submit a budget proposal for a 10-15 minute educational video for YouTube.

Responsibilities will include:

Editing RAW video file for both YouTube and Facebook platforms
Provide high quality final video with transitions and lower thirds titles in line with our branding.

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to edit our weekly podcast episodes as well as audios for courses and training events.

Responsibilities will include:

Editing RAW audio file for our podcast platform in both mp4 and mp3 file types.
Provide high quality final audio with provided intro and outro as well as transitions for embedded ads in line with our branding.

Educational Shop Manager

This remote contractor position is perfect for the detail oriented individual who is familiar with Woocommerce, Teachers Pay Teachers, and Etsy platforms.

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to upload our educational resources to platforms such as Woocommerce (on our website), Teachers Pay Teachers, and Etsy.

Experience as a K-5 teacher is a plus but not required.

When applying for this position, you will need to submit a budget proposal for uploading 6-10 resources to all three platforms each month.

Must have knowledge of SEO best practices for all platforms.

Responsibilities will include:

Uploading files to platforms to create store listings.
Uploading thumbnails, previews, and preview videos to all platforms.
Take templated product description and upload it to each platform using best design practices for the platforms and SEO practices for each platform.
Update products, product descriptions, images, and previews as necessary.
